Generally, all purchases made at Lovelites are nonrefundable. Our chat line services are subscribed digitally in the form of free trial or call credits via payment gateways.

Payment refunds:

If you agree to use our service as per Lovelites' terms and conditions, you're required to pay all fees and charges incurred on purchase of pre-paid membership packages.

Kindly note, the fees and charges paid to avail the service are nonrefundable. However, Lovelites reserves the right to cancel your subscription if it's done due to any errors or mistakes. In this case you can request a refund for the received payment.

Payment Methods:

Lovelites users can use multiple payment methods to purchase call credits / membership packages posted on the Website. We reserve all the rights to change the manner or method in which we allow members to pay for minutes or membership packages.

Your payment terms are governed by the agreement between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen payment method.

Lovelites reserves the right to investigate, suspend or terminate your account without a refund if you're found to be involved in violation our terms of services.

In case your account is terminated, you will not be entitled to any refund for purchases made. Moreover, your information stored at Lovelites will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
